We want you to love your Damson Madder pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 28-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected and approved your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
